This is a game I've owned for awhile & haven't beat, but every time I play it I get continuously turned off by all the stupid mini-games & horrendous dialog. I've just completed Chapter 3, only have 2 more chapters to go (thank god), if this wasn't a Final Fantasy game I'd probably of thrown it out long ago. Once you get going, I'll admit the story line is pretty good, but at times I want to kick Brother in the nuts with his stupid antics & smash Rikku in the face with a 2x4 every time she talks like a baby chipmunk. The game could of been a lot better eliminating pointless mini-games (which you HAVE to complete if you want 100%) & unnecessary dialog & scenes (the beginning concert scene & song was atrocious, not to mention the hot springs scene, which had no point except to show everyone in skimpy outfits.) I know no one is putting a gun to my head & making me play this game, but as a fan, I feel I need to complete this game & get it over with. I guess I'll just deal with it.

I disagree. I thought that Final Fantasy X-2 was a very good game. The best in the series? Most definitely not, but I thought the characters were well thought out & story line progressed well.

And what was wrong with the hot springs scene? I know it's just animation, but it was still fun to watch
